Editable lower thirds in Premiere pro

Is there a way to create a lower third in After effect and be able to reach it from the effects panel i premiere pro, where you have preset colors, an of and on "switch" for a logos. Two or more different anamations?

I use to work in Final cut and Motion5 where this was very simple. You just used a part of the program called rigging. In Final cut you just went to the L3 pane, choosed the L3 you created i Motion 5 and any editor could choose color, font etc.

My premiere pro does not have the Graphics workspace. It has Titles (It is updated). From what I see in the video there is alot you can do, what I need however is to be able to change colors in 5 different places with 5 different colors in a lower 3 and credits etc. I would like to do this with 5 tickboxes or number slider.

LATEST

Most variables that you can set up in AfterEffects can be linked to Premiere. As you have found you do need the latest Premiere and AfterEffects.
