Effect controls blocked by sliding the value

Hey Guys, I found very few topics about this problem and no response yet unfortunately.

Install/reinstall Adobe - Reset preferences - Num lock etc don't solve this problem.

Can anyone help me please ? I'm on MacBook Pro 2019

Did you use the Cleaner Tool?

Try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Thanks but it's doesn't work 😕😕 I think It's rather or shortcut on the keyboard or sth like that but can't with the solution
