How do I add effects into Pr when they arent in my list?

Circle effect was removed from PPro:

Well, that sucks.  Thanks!  I was trying to do a burn effects I saw on a short tutorial (for an logo image) on a youtube intro, but I guess that's not gonna work now.

Also, I'm not trying to burn words.  I just want the burn effect to work on an image.  Caveate, I'm new to Pr and AE...

Instead of using the Circle effect make a circle shape in the Properties Panel. The rest is the same.

Might want to get a bit more practice with Pr as there is a lot going on in that Tutorial.

Nice tutorial but the presentation is terrible.

If I was looking and found that tutorial, after watching it, I'd want to find one in After Effects instead. 🙂

Using an old (cracked?) version of Premiere (2018?)

Transform icon is still present.

Good one Ann, (you often catch those small details!) But it appears the video was only put on YT 3 months ago. Indeed what you said, the Circle effect was not in the obsolete folder at the time of the version he is using.
