Effects Window Keyframe / mini timeline missing

A few weeks back as premier does, magically something just changed for no reason at all.
I click a clip, click effects, and adjascent to the effects is a small timeline specific to that clip with key frames that I can drag as needed. 

It disappeared. I even downloaded the premier beta just to see what it had and even installing that it has the same issue. How do I get that little clip specific timeline back in the effects view?
