Elements Transitions/Effects in Premiere Pro

Someone asked me if it is possible to import Premiere Elements

transistions and/or effects into Premiere Pro.

I thinks it's an interesting question seeing as how you can

import 3rd party plugins into Pro.

Elements transitions and effects are not part of a 3rd party plugin.

Why would you want to import. Most transitions and effects are already in Pro.

Any effect in particular?
