Hi all,

In Premire Pro CC 2017.1.1, I have a workspace that has no workspace bar on top. I wanted to bring it back so I wen into my panel menu and bring the workspace panel in order to see all my custom workspaces on top of all my panels. But the panel is empty...nothing inside....Why ? Any idea ?

I'm having the same issue.  The only difference is that the Home/House button is in the Workspaces panel.  But I can't dock the panel anywhere, since there's no panel tab in the undocked window.  I'm in version 13.1.4.

This is how my Workspaces bar is currently operating, but only in my Assembly workspace. The bar displays correctly in other workspaces.

I've documented the same issue here:

    'Workspaces' window empty

And created a video to show the problem here:

Yet no one at Adobe seems to believe me or care!

I have raised a bug report BTW.

and yes, I have reset the layouts/workspaces as Stefan mentions above.

This is on a SECOND PC - not my main edit PC - happens exactly the same on both machines and is 100% reproducable.

You could try resetting all your workspaces by closing Premiere Pro, renaming the Layouts folder (Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > 11.0 > Profile > Layouts), and then relaunching the app.

    Hi Riklard,

That seems weird, could you please attach a screenshot?

Could be an issue with the preferences, please try these steps:

    For Win

Close all of the Adobe processes from the Task Manager and go to the following locations:

    Location 1: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

    Location 2: C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Adobe

    For MAC:

Close All Adobe applications in Activity Monitor.

      • Double click on blank desktop screen first.

      • Now on top left corner of the screen (near Apple Icon), click on Go > Go to Folder.

Location 1: In the box type ~/Library/Application Support.

Location 2: In the box type ~/Library/Preferences.

    Location 3: Documents folder.

In all the locations, rename the 'Adobe' folder to 'OldAdobe'

Launch Premiere, accept the License Agreement and see if it works.

Note: You will lose your customized workspaces and keyboard shortcuts.

Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks,

    Kulpreet Singh
