Enabling RTX 3090 breaks Premiere?

I was really excited to upgrade my edit suite after 8 years saving up. Got a RTX 3090. Latest drivers, latest version of Premiere (stable and beta) and both have this problem:

I'm currently having to completely disable GPU acceleration, because whenever I enable it, literally just repositioning a clip when I have a mask enabled completely changes the position of the clip. Not doing anything remotely complex - no other effects applied (other than landscape footage in vertical sequence).

The fact this manifests in the stable and the beta is pretty frustrating.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I run a 3090 and it works perfect, I also run on Studio Drivers.

I also wanted to say that when you install the studio driver, there is an option for a clean install, you should use that feature.  It's an option during installation, look for it and check it off.

Also;  clean the cache files too just to be safe in premier.

Make sure it's the Studio driver, the gaming driver sets up other things that at times can jog Premiere's elbow and really mess up performance.

If it's doing this with the Studio driver ... that would need posting both here and on their  Premiere Pro UserVoice.
