If you are on Windows you can test TMPGEnc Movie Plug-in AVC for Premiere Pro. There is a 30-day trial aviable with no watermarks. It can export H.264 with Linear PCM audio*. The resulting file will be an .mp4 but often it is enough to just rename the file from .mp4 to .mov.

 

* Linear PCM audio is what you find in most wav files. (wav is not a codec, just a file wrapper.)
