encoder error

I am able to edit and all, but when I try to export the file, this error keeps popping up. 

Does anyone have any idea why it does this?

Sorry to hear about this. It seems like a permission issue. Have you checked for the read/write permission on that drive where you are trying to export? Also, have you tried exporting to any other location (like a folder on your desktop) & checked if it's exporting properly?
