Question

Encore no longer works with Catalina

I'd like to author a wedding video so that my clients can skip to different chapters. Years ago I learned that I can author a video not only for DVD/Blu ray, but also as an embedable file that I could publish on the web. I just tried to open Encore, and found out that the newest version of the Mac OS (Catalina) doesn't support Encore. Since Encore is no longer receiving support from Adobe, I can't use it any more. Does anyone have a solution to replace Encore using videos exported from Premiere?

Adobe should have a replacment for Encore.

Completely agree. Adobe doesn't have to develop something for DVD authoring- embedding interactive video content into a website would be awesome, like a cloud-based DVD instead of physical media. Think of the amazing things indie filmmakers could do with customizing content for their audience- behind the scene features, outtakes, ability to skip to chapters, etc.

Since you are Mac based, take a look at Roxio Toast which includes disc authoring.
