keep getting error 205 when i try and load Premier Pro up.
all my other apps work and even on my laptop PP works. tried uninstalling PP and re-installing but still get error code.
Adobe Installer keeps getting hung up

online help is useless.
hopefully someone here can help

Hi,

The potential solution includes the following:

  1.  Sign out of the Creative Cloud application
  2. Exit the application
  3. Reboot the computer
  4. Restart Creative Cloud
  5. Sign back into Creative Cloud

I have the same issue where all my other apps work but Premiere Pro.

I already followed your instructions here. I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and tried other versions.

None of this worked.

Also, is there a phone number to call for support?
