error 501 when trying to install premiere pro

so every time I try to install premiere pro, I get an error 501 message. The adobe forum reccomends tracking down whatever software is conflicting editing the files to install premiere pro, but I cannot find how to do this. Any ideas?

    Hello Deae, I was facing the same issue. I solved it by using Adobe creative cloud cleaner tool. After using the tool, Premiere pro got installed in minutes.
