ERROR AL REALZAR LA VOZ

  • Problema  : Cuando activo "mejorar la voz - Realzar", la barra se mantiene en el 0%, nunca avanza. 
  • Número de versión de Adobe Premiere Pro: 24.6.1 Compilación 2
  • Sistema operativo: macOS 14.6.1 (23G93) Sonoma
  • Información del sistema: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:

    • C02D156NPN5V

    • 3,3 GHz Intel Core i5 de 6 núcleos

    • AMD Radeon Pro 5300 4 GB

    • 8 GB

    • 500 GB

  • Formato de video:  MPEG-4 AAC, HEVC.  
  • Detalles del flujo de trabajo : es una secuencia normal con una linea de tiempo de menos de un minuto sin ediciones de ningun tipo
  • Pasos para reproducir  -
    1. Abro Premiere
    2. Añado a la linea de tiempo el vídeo.
    3. Añado a la línea de tiempo el audio.
    4. Sincronizo ambos.
    5. Elimino las partes de sobran para quedarme solo con lo necesario.
    6. Selecciono el clip de audio.
    7. Accedo a sonido esencial.
    8. Presiono sobre el boton "Realzar" en la sección "Mejorar la voz".
    9. La barra nunca avanza.
     
  • Resultado esperado  : La barra debería de avanzar y descargar los codecs necesarios para mejorar la voz.
  • Resultado real  : La barra se queda en el 0%, no se descarga nada.

    NO me ha funcionado la verdad y he hecho todo tal cual me han dicho :S

    Hi @marinadiezlopez - Does the issue occur with just that one audio file, or does it affect all audio files in your project?

    Hi @marinadiezlopez - Sorry you are experiencing this issue.  Can you try closing down premiere and then go to the creative cloud desktop app. Go to the apps section and in the Premiere Pro box you will see three dots.  Click those dots and select "Get Add-ons". Then choose the option "Enhance Speech". once that is downloaded open Premiere.
