even though followed all the process, not working

Black bars top and bottom, that does not look right.

Sequence settings look unusually.

Use a local drive instead of One Drive

On a side note you also have transitions in the timeline that do not work properly (cross hairs).

Change the Preview codec in the Sequence Settings to either I frame mpeg only or Prores.

Trying to change to I frame but it is not changed again AVI is appearing
