Error code 5 premier pro

Hi! 
I keep getting an error compiling a movie in Premier pro.
It was working yesterday and I have literally changed nothing and now today its like this.

    You need to fix whatever is on the timeline at the given time in the error.

    Best is to delete from project, rename, re-import and re-edit.
