Error compiling movie - Video Preview Error

Hello so I got this problem, I tried to download every version of graphic card from older to newer, I tried to remove cache, video preview, remove effects, cpu rendering and everything, I even tried to change the format, tried to download the same video, but from completely different website in different format and I even tried to download it in 720p instead of 1080p. But my problem is that it is still stuck at 12,12% and the problem is still in the same time. I want to ask where can be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

My PC specs, if it helps:

Nvidia GTX 1050

Intel i7-4790

16GB RAM

Hi Moriakk,

Please let us know if you were able to resolve the issue you were facing with export. In case you are still facing the issue, please try to switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and then check if it's exporting properly.

FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?

What is happening around the timecode listed in the error message?

If you mean what is happening in the video, then it’s a scene from the game Detroit Become Human where an android is being assembled together, if you meant some special effects then no, there are not any special effects, if you meant something else then please tell me what you exactly meant.
