Error importing CCTV camera footage in premier pro

Hello 

So basically i want to make a timelapse with my security camera / CCTV camera footage. But the issue is that the footage is not importing in premier pro. Evem though i tried to convert the file format with media encoder but it's not importing in media encoder too. Please help me out with this thankyou.
