error message on a project but can keep working. And modified timecode frequently reverting

so I'm working on a fairly simple project, a trailer for a feature doc... I've got a 1080 prores hq file of the finished piece and audio stems. I've output a prores file with the mix track replaced with the stereo dialog track. I get an error message everyonceinawhile which I send on to adobe as requested. I'll paste the error report at the end of this post... The only anomaly I can detect is that I've modified the timecode of the prores file with the audio stems, to reflect the timecode in a transcript which starts at 0 hrs, while the file 24p prores source file starts at 59.40.00 so the timecode is exactly 1 hr for start of picture. For some reason or other the prores file timecode reverts to starting at 59.40.00 whenever I launch the project and occasionally in the middle of working on the project... When I finish doing the paper cut from the transcript, I'll probably just revert to the original source timecode.. I did have some weirdness today when I started working on the project where much of my sequence had the diagonal lines on part of the clips in the timeline and no video displayed in the program monitor... I exported an edl, imported it and relinked to the prores file and everything seemed ok but was a little leary of continuing with a problematic project, so I quit and restarted from the latest autosave from the last edit session and everything was back to normal...
I'm a great believer that if something's acting wonky even though you can continue to work, it's probably a good idea if possible to figure out what's going on... Any ideas about what's going on would be appreciated.
Thanks as always. Oh Yeah, working on a brand new macstudio with 32 gigs of RAM with Premiere 23.2.0 build 69
Here's the error message which is way beyond my skillset to read

Hi Michael
I'm having a similar issue with Premiere 24.6.3, also on a Mac studio and I'm getting very similar crash logs to yours. I get sporadic error messages, often while Premiere is idle and I can often carry on working, but sometimes I get a full crash.
Did you ever find a resolution?
Thanks
Nick

jeez that was a year and a half ago. Sure I finished the job without any further issues... Don't even remember cutting a trailer for a feature doc... oh yeah., I remember.. I did finish the job without any further issues. Trailer made it thru pbs QC as far as I know... and I'm sure the client would have told me if there was a problem. She wasn't shy...
You might share some more info: Never easy to troubleshoot premiere problems from a distance so please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version (this is a macro so might be good to include this in your reply so everythings in one place), amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and if you have any 3rd party plugins installed for Premiere... Also, sequence settings and clip properties can also help. Although you can throw almost any format into premiere, some formats can be problematic, particularly on an underpowered system.

Hi Michael, thanks for the response.
Mac Studio M2 ultra 64gb, Sonoma 14.6.1, Premiere 24.6.3.
BorisFX Continuum, Nobe Omniscope.
I'm not getting the TC issues you had, but a regular error message popup that generally allows me to carry on working but sometimes crashes the system. The reason i replied to your post is that my error logs contain this exact same error as yours:
Support/Adobe/AdobeGCClient/AdobeGCClient.app/Contents/Frameworks/Chromium Embedded Framework.framework/Chromium Embedded Framework' (mach-o file, but is an incompatible architecture (have 'x86_64', need 'arm64')), '/System/Volumes/Preboot/Cryptexes/OS@executable_path/../Frameworks/Chromium Embedded Framework.framework/Chromium Embedded Framework' (no such file), '/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobeGCClient/AdobeGCClient.app/Contents/Frameworks/Chromium Embedded Framework.framework/Chromium Embedded Framework' (mach-o file, but is an incompatible architecture (have 'x86_64', need 'arm64')), '/System/Library/Frameworks/Chromium Embedded Framework.framework/Chromium Embedded Framework' (no such file, u@executable_path/../Frameworks/Chromium Embedded
The issue is somethething to do with the setup on this Mac. the project runs fine on my M2 Macbook Pro, so it's not the source media (HD H264). I also tried transcoding to the rushes to Prores but that didnt help. Seq settings are HD Prores.
I've tried disabling 3rd party plugins on launch so i don't believe they're the issue. I've reinstalled Premiere, used Cleaner Tool. I even installed PPro 25.0 but I still get the same issue. I don't really know what to try next short of rebuilding MacOS!

Maybe try creating a new project and then importing the old project±? This will sometimes clean things up. If you look at my original post, I did export an edl and created a new project and imported the edl and relinked... Whether that solved the problem or not... who knows... Not an enormous job and I did manage to get it done... without any further issues (as far as I can remember). as I said in that first post, if things are consistently (or intermittently for that matter) wonky, try and figure out what's going on... Otherwise, you're ready to output to meet a deadline and things go south...

Hi, I'm having the same issue with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Did you find a solution?
Everytime I open Pr or Ae a message appears, but I can work withour problem. Is it related to a cache problem?
Thanks

Hey, unfortunately not.
I was on with Adobe support last night but they didn't manage to fix it. They thought it might be a permissions issue but modifying permissions didn't fix.
Do you just get it once on launch or repeatedly every 10 min or so (like me)?
I didn't test until you mentioned but I too am getting the same issue in Ae. I also got the same issue in Pr 25.
I do not get the issue on my M2 max MBP, which has a slightly older version of Pr (which now can't be rolled back to in CC app). Which version of Pr are you running?
Are you running any 3rd party plugins? I tried disabling them on launch but still got the same error but would be interesting to know if you're running any.
I'm really running out of ideas, short of an entire rebuild, which i don't have time for.

Thanks for your answer.
I'm using the latest version of Pr and Ae on macbook m1 Pro, no third parts plugins.
The advice appears after few minutes, and then probably another 2 or 3 times while I'm working. But apps keeps going...
Keep in touch!

So 2 weeks later update - I deleted all preferences manually (workspace layouts, keyboard shortcuts etc) and reinstalled CC app and Pr/Ae and I haven't had the error since. Hopefully that's an end to it.

Thanks for the update. Troubleshooting and solving these sorts of problems is never easy. Let us know if you have any further issues.
