error on proxys premiere cc 2017

Question

Hello guys i'm having some troubles with premiere pro cc 2017 and making proxys to work

When i try to create proxys to edit some 4k videos premiere show me this error message

"Discrepancy of preset adjustment"

"the preset selected is from coding and it's not compatible with ingest operations. Try adding a preset of ingest"

i dont know what to do becouse i'm novice and im just following a course so i hope my translation is correct and you guys can help me.

This is using an encoding preset ... when you make them in Media Encoder, first you make an encoding preset, then you make an ingestion preset using that encoding preset for the settings.

And use the Ingestion preset in PrPro.

This is a page explaining it in a bit of detail ... the process is the same even though this is from build series 10 and we're now (2018 versions) in build series 12.
