Error parsing properties list from memory for Premiere pro

I have read the previous articles and videos about this issue but still cannot find a recent solution for me.

I have used the creative cloud cleaner to delete PR and spent a lot of time doing that but invalid.

 

Also it seems my PR is saved at OneDrive as I am using laptop now.

Not sure what you mean, what your request is about. More details are always more better.

 

And ... if you put anything from Premiere in a folder 'managede' by MS OneDrive, you can have a mess. It took me three days to 'kill' OneDrive on my new rig so I could get Premiere able to read and write to its own internal files, for workspaces, presets loaded, preferences, all that stuff.

 

I avoid OneDrive like the bubonic plague.
