Error Premiere no me abre los proyectos

Hola, tengo un problema con Premiere que no me abre los proyectos. Mientras estaba editando se tildó mi computadora y se apagó mientras trabajaba. Desde que la prendí traté de abrir los proyectos en Premiere pero no abren, ni siquiera se carga la pantalla.

Probé creando un nuevo proyecto e importando el anterior con el que estaba trabajando. Pero en vez de cargar se vuelve a tildar y no puedo trabajar.

Hay alguna forma de solucionar este error y recuperar mis proyectos?
