Sorry for the poor experience. Please share your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM) and Premiere Pro version (Help > About Premiere Pro). If you have a dedicated GPU, please check if your drivers are up-to-date. For NVIDIA GPUs, we recommend installing the Studio Drivers if available.

I have 32gb ram ryzen 5 5600g and rtx 3070 xci3 8gb ram

Thanks for sharing the details! Please create a new project, go to Window > Workspaces, and select one of the default workspaces. If you still see the issue, try launching Premiere Pro with third-party plugins disabled (https://adobe.ly/3LAHjQx). Please also share your current NVIDIA driver version (Right-click on Desktop > NVIDIA Control Panel > View System Topology).

i dont know what happened, sometimes the program be to slow
