Error retrieving frame when trying to speed up clip beyond 200%

I get the error above when I try to speed up a clip from a video I am editing. It works for lower percentages, up to 199 inclusive. But for some reason, as soon as it hits 200% it just doesn't work. Is this intended, is there a fix?

I suppose you could try speeding up the clip to some rate under 200%, then rendering out to Media Encoder, and importing the result for further acceleration.

I just move 1 frame forward. The program was "eating" the first frame.. It's strange. But I did this workaround...
