Essential Graphics not showing up on time line

I'm experiencing almost the same thing as many on here. Problem: I can see the Essential Graphics panel and all it's content in Premiere Pro, looking like it should I can drag whichever template into my sequence timeline and drop it there, or copy it to my Library, but there's no graphic showing on the Program window, (just blank or black) hence I can't edit the template with the text tool becuase the graphic is simply not in the Program monitor. Reinstalle doesn't seem to help. I've looked at some of the comments on here but nothing that really helps to resolve the problem. I'm on Windows 10, latest version of  Premiere pro CC but problem remains.

Really frustrating... i can only "draw" my own text box and write somehting in there. Motion templates not showing up at all.

ANYBODY HAVE A SOLUTION OR ARE WE WAITING FOR ADOBE TO FIX ANOTHER COSTLY BUG??

i found out it's because the sequence settings don't match the graphic ones, ex i changed my sequence to lower res 720 but my graphic where made for 1920

The latest version, as I've mentioned. 13.1.5. I'm not using an older version. Fact is they used to work in the older versions?!

Make sure the template is compatible with the Premiere version.

E.g If the template was made for 2019 it wont work in 2018.

The vast majority of issues "like  this" involve trying to use mogrts in an older version of Premiere than they can work in. Which is not a bug.

So ... which version of Premiere are you using, in the number-dot-number version. The current version is 13.1.5.
