Hi all,

I have the problem while working in Premiere Pro one day I am able to use a Public library (of the company I am working) and the other day there are no libraries at all in my essential graphics panel.

Tried to log out and log in again, try to unfollow thelibrary and following again. Still I am not able to use it. I had the same a long time ago (so could not use thelibrary). All of the sudden it was working till today when I am again not able to use this library.

I can not find the sollution to this... I have the latest version of de CC desktop version app and also the latest version of Premiere pro. Working on a M1 Macbook pro.

The EGP doesn't show libraries, but it does show Motion Graphics Templates. Libraries are in a dedicated panel under the Window menu. Perhaps you had the two panels docked next to each other and accidentally closed the Libraries panel?

Yes it does, normally when you are member of a Adobe Shared Channel and within that channel are shared templates for Premiere pro than they will appear there. Of course you can also find them in the libraries.

The problem I have is that the library not always appearing. Sometimes the library is connected en sometimes not. I can not figure out when or how.. I am still logged in of course (checked it all the time when the library isn't visable). Internet connection is good, when I logged in too the adobe cc I can see I am still perfectly connected to the shared folder/channel. Tried to logout and login again in premiere. Nothing seems to solve the problem.

The strange part is the message it is giving (see attachment)...  I am logged in and I have a good and stable networkconnection.

Gotcha, in that case I'd try the steps here. Sometimes you just need to wipe the cache for your Libraries.
