Essential sound panel presets missing cc 2021

I have Premiere Pro 2021 on my 2 laptops. One does not show the sound panel presets, and the other one does. I have unistalled and reinstalled it, and get the same results. Does anyone know how to get the presets back in?

- Do the laptop that don´t show it meet the minimum requirements when it comes to monitor resolution?

- What happen if you go to Window > Essential Sound

Both are the exact same, Lenovo P50 models.
On one of them, when I go to dialogue, there are not drop down presets. However if I open the project on the other laptop. They are all there.

Resetting preferences did not seem to work.
Opening the project in the beta version looks ok.
Unistalling & reinstalling version 15.4.1 still leaves them missing.

Then i would have use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to fix what seems to be a corrupted installation. Uninstalling apps do always leave traces that the clening tool removes.

Or, if you have used the Shift+Alt method to delete the Preferences another troubleshooting step that may work is to use Explorer and go to C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\15.0 and delete all it´s content while Premiere Pro is closed. The content will be recreated when you launch Premiere Pro again and hopefully it fix the issue.
