Essential sound Smooth Vocal Ducking not working

I have two simple tracks, one voiceover, one music.

In the past it worked, more or less.

When I hit Generate frames, it seems to work, but at the end of the process nothing happens.

Is the voiceover clip definitely tagged as Dialogue in the ES panel?
