I am completing a project and have not updated to PR 24.5.0. Do you see the Essential Graphics panel? I think that is still its name in 24.5. (In the Beta, it is accessed in a more generic Properties panel.)

In the Track styles, click the plus symbol to create a new style.

What is happening for you?
