Hi, I have a problem. I would to export in 4k vertical for youtube ( 2160 x 3840 ) but in the moment i save the preset or launch the export premiere give me a file 1.296 x 2.304.

I try everything but i can't export my file in 4k.

The level of H.264 you are working with has pixel dimension limits:

I don't know what if any compatability issues you will have switching levels.

I don't get it. My TV is full HD 16:9 horizontal ( 1920x1080 ). If I tried to see a source file of 1080x1920 ( was that shot with iphone or something ? ) at 4k scaled down, my TV still wouldn't be able to see it like a normal horizontal frame.  I would need to turn the TV vertical ( just twist it 90 degrees and figure out how to put it on a stand to hold it there )

Is this some experiment like making Frankenstein gone amok ?

it's about watching content on your phone or tablet with a vertical orientation.  Get with the program.  but yeah, it makes me nuts...  and who's got a phone with a 4k screen (probably people with too much money).

Yes! If I set level to: 6.2 it works and keeps the setup. Now I try to export and tell you if it's ok
