Export 4k video at 60fps

Is there a way to export 4k video at 60fps?  Currently it seems I have to drop the resolution to keep a 60fps export or drop the framerate to keep the export at 4k.  Timeline settings are 4k and 59.94 fps but Premiere won't let me export a file with those specs.

    What version of Premiere?

What format are you trying to export to?

    h.264 has a 4K preset, "YouTube 2160p 4K" that supports 60fps.

I'm using Premiere CC- The only Youtube presets I have go from 720 to 480- do I need to install an update?  Where do I find it?

Premiere CC isn't specific enough, I'm afraid. There have been eight releases under the CC banner. Please report the exact version number shown in the About box.

The current version is 2014.0.1 (aka 8.0.1). If you're on 7.x, then you can install the latest through Creative Cloud/Apps. Note that CC2014 is a separate install, meaning that CC7 and CC2014 can coexist on your computer.

Regardless of the exact version of CC, you should have more YouTube presets than you report. In CS6 and CC (7.x), PPro/AME had three 1920x1080 presets. In CC2014, the number of h.264 presets was reduced by using the new "Based on Source" option to cover frame rate variants.
