Export - Adobe media Encoder - Error code 3

Hello guys, yesterday i updated my Pr to the last verstion, after that when i export any video they show to me that thir is an error in the adobe media encoder and the error code is 3, when i change encoding settings in performance section to hardware endcoding i get the export but the quality is not as the normal export, i am following som pic of my problem, maybe if any one faced this problem and solved it can help me.

My PC is good (8 GB Ram, 64 bit, Intel core i5 1.60GHz 1.80GHz
