Hello good evening, I am facing a problem when exporting a video. It was a class lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes and the files are in MOV format (Recorded with an iPhone 13) and when exporting I have already tried using different formats and codecs, like MP4, HEVC, QUICK TIME and all this error appears here. I'll leave the screenshot below.
Could anyone help me resolve it?

The image below says this:

"Error compiling the movie

Error creating the frame

Incorrect allocation when creating disk-aligned video frame"
I have a desktop with a 10th generation I5, a GTX 1660TI and 16GB DDR4

Hi @richard29972794lubs,

I read about your issue. Is it possible to get a screenshot of the error? What is the error code? I can look that up for you. Sorry for the frustration on this. I hope we can help you.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thank you very much in advance for your feedback @Kevin-Monahan

I will put below the error that appears at the time of export along with the error code: (it is translated because my language is Portuguese)

"There is another error that appears during editing in the timeline (but does not completely prevent editing.
What is:

"Unable to retrieve the board on time"

I've already tried downloading the previous version of premiere... exporting it, I've tried playing it for the media encoder, but also the same problem.

Even the computer as a whole becomes very slow and ends up closing applications.

I don't know if it has to do with the video format (.MOV) because before I always used MP4 and it never had any crashing problems. even editing videos full of effects, transitions and layers weighing more than 100GB.

Thank you again for your support Kevin, and I believe we can resolve this.
