Which PP version? You are saving to a folder that would typically be for PP2019?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in. We have identified this as a known issue. Our product team is working on a fix. 

Meanwhile, could you test the issue after disabling hardware encoding under Preferences > Media.

After I downgraded the file to a lower version of PP, opened in PP2020 and turned off GPU the file exported. It took a bit longer but it worked.
