Export h.264 .mov in 4k

I would like to know if it possible to export h.264 .mov in 4k resolution on PC?

Oops, i missed that you want the .mov extension.

Many times one can just rename the file from filename.mp4 to filename.mov.

Why do you want the .mov extension over the .mp4 extension?

Yes, it is possible.

Could you tell me how it should be done? The thing I tried was,

1. Choose the format as h264, with this option I could export as 4k but it came out as .mp4 extension.

2. Revert to old Pr version and choose a Quicktime format and h264 codec. With this option I can only choose the 2000x2000 resolution.
