Question

Export has flickering white lines throughout

When exporting (using hardware encoding) there are white flickering lines all over my video. I have tried changing export settings to no avail. When using software encoding, the lines disappear however the audio de-syncs so it's unusable. I have also down-graded my GUP drivers (AMD) to the last 4 months and that doesn't do the trick either.

I'm stuck and have no idea what to do. Thanks for any input!

Dont see any reason for the audio to desync when HW encoding is turned off.

Also turn off max render and max depth.

Are you using footage with variable framerate?

Thanks for the response!

That's what I was thinking and why I was confused lol. I will try again and turn off max render (I might have had that option on). As for variable rr, I don't believe so. Project is in 60FPS.

I have exported many projects like this before so I am not sure why it's happening all of a sudden.

Variable framerate refers to the framerate used in the clip.

Check this with MediaInfo .
