i have been trying to export a project and I keep getting error messages. So frustrating...

Have you looked at what is going on in your video in that particular area the error is happening? Are you using any kind of effect there? If so, can you try to Render and Replace it? Transcode the problem clip and replace it? Try exporting your video in a different codec?
