Export Problem

Hello,

I have a timelapse (mp4) that I took with Gopro hero 11. But it is a horizontal one. In Premiere Pro in sequence settings, I changed the frame rate to 1080 - 1920 to make it 9:16, so I can get a vertical video. And in Effect Controls section from the motion menu I made some adjustments to give camera a movement. Everything is ok when I press play in Premiere Pro. But when I export it sometimes it is just a still image only with one frame, or with 10 or some more frames only. I tried all the presets in the export menu but it didn't work either. Can you help me with this?

Correct answer zavlak

My problem is solved with the help of Adobe Support. Instead of exporting it directly from premiere pro, they offer to send it to Media Encoder. And this way it worked. Thanks

Looks like you're exporting to a Nvidia Codec? Can you change that to H.264 and re-export?

Turn off hardware encoding, max render and depth and try again.
