Export stuck at 1% encoding

I have trouble exporting media, the encoding process always stuck at 1%.

I've checked render in & out the whole sequences, and the outcomes were fine, showing green color.

Also, I've tried cleaning all markers, media cache, removed unused, set RAM available to 13 GB (my computer is 16GB), yet still didn't work.

This was the export settings. I'm not sure whether this could be wrong?

My computer is MacBook Pro early 2015, 16GB, Core i5, with mac OS mojave 10.14.6 system.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 vr 9.0.

Hi Pan5EBE,

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's exporting properly?
