Exported File Won't Play on TV

This is my first time using Premier Pro, so I'm not that familiar with it. I created a video that has static images and a video overlayed on top of it. The static image is from photoshop with 3 layers. The background layer is on the bottom, video file on top, and then the other two static images above the video file. I exported the file using the standard setting shown in one of the learning videos, Format: H.264, Preset: Match Source-Medium Bitrate onto my desktop and it played perfectly. I saved it to a USB and plugged it into a Samsung UN50MU6070, but the file will not play. The file appears on the tv, but when I hit play, it won't play. I am trying to create a menu board with movement over a static image, can someone please help? Did I do something wrong?

Please post a screen grab of your Export Settings panel, could be some useful information in there to resolve the issue. Maybe something non-standard with your frame rate or something similar we may see

Thanks

The TV's specs say it should play.

Test by exporting the video only. Make sure it is an mp4.
