Exported Video Completely Black with Audio Playing - Help!

New Here ,

I add captions to my video, then convert them to essential graphics so I can customise, them and I export my video and the output of the video is simply a black screen with the audio! Then when I delete the text in the timeline, the black screen goes away, but I really need the text captions to be there!

Are there any solutions to this? I have tried rendering the sequence before hand and changing the mode to software only and still has the issue. Thanks.

As of now it is just a big geussing game.

Post screenshot clip properties, sequence settings and export settings.

Meanwhile trash preferences.

Hope these help. It's strange because my other projects are fine, and I copied this sequence onto my other project and it keeps happening. Its like Premier doesn't like text (captions) across the whole timeline, as when I remove some, I can see the playback but the export is still black.

I was experiencing the same issue on my work computer. Exporting H.264 with captions and only plays audio in Windows Media Player or SharePoint where it eventually ends up.

To resolve this, I changed some of the H.264 settings to lesser quality.

Frame size = HD 1280x720

Performance = Software Encoding

HDR Graphics White = 100 (63% HLG, 51%PQ)2023-08-01_14-38-37.jpg2023-08-01_14-38-37.jpg

Adding the second screenshot as my previous post had the same one twice.
