Filmed an interview against green screen, looks fine in Premiere timeline. Exporting it from Premiere timeline through Premiere's exporting function looks like it does in timeline. All works as intended. Pictures attached.

However, when I export from Media Encoder, it looks as if the effect is somehow not translating, and there is ugly artifacting, despite the fact that the settings are exactly the same (literally hitting "Send to Media Encoder" from Premiere). What am I doing wrong here? Tried to change settings and codecs as well, and the image does not change from that crazed looking not-applied-correctly effect on screen. This is how it looks as exported as well.

Working on a PC, the HP Xeon G4 Workstation, 32gb RAM, NVIDIA Quadro P6000 graphics card, 28 Cores, the latest version of Premiere 2023. Shot in a log profile DNxHR HQX, UHD resolution, the effects used are Ultra Key, crop, and Lumetri Color. Exporting to 1080p H.264 with timecode. Sequence settings set the color space to Rec 709 also.

Small revision, same results: The image in the original post from Media Encoder was when I was in the middle of switching presets and codecs; this image is from Media Encoder still, but immedatiely captured straight from the "Send to Media Encoder" option in Premiere. Created a new sequence and deleted all Media Cache as well.

Are you using any LUTs on that color work? And if so, did you put them in the Program Files Premiere folder with the installed ones? As if so, that is the problem here.

If not, try unchecking the Me Preferences option for "import seqeunces natively".
