i think it isn’t possible with PP/AME but you can export a multichannel QT or MXF file and trancode that to a multichannel H264 using 3rd party encoder (I think I used editready)

I think trying to edit and monitor with a Multichannel Master, which would be required for Multichannel export, would be...less pleasant than with a stereo Master.  Exporting audio goes pretty quick, and since both methods require the use of third party tools...

If you're asking about multi-channel audio like 5.1 surround, that can be done in several ways.

If you're asking about multiple audio tracks - like English, French and Spanish - that can also be done via different methods.

Can you clarify what you're looking for here?

    Got it.

Unfortunately, I won't be of much help.  You won't be able to export the different language tracks as a single file from Premiere Pro.  You'll have to export them out as individual .wav files and use a third party tool to mux them with the video into a single file.  (If that's even possible with MP4.  I don't know that it is.)

Are you referring to multi track 5.1 audio? Or multiple tracks of stereo on the DVD?

    Encore requires passthrough of 5.1.

Yes, you can add multiple tracks of audio for DVD or BD.

FYI, Encore still available even though not updated:
