Exporting issue on H.264 and Quicktime

Question

I'm using the latest Premiere Pro (2021) on my iMac. Every time I export a video with the H.264 the video turns out glitchy on multiple clips. I tried exporting w/Quicktime as an alternative and the result is great-smooth no glitches, but using QuickTime is *super* slow to export; +5 hours.

Any way to resolve this issue?

Any way to resolve this issue?By @megkay007 There are many alternatives for QuickTime exports. Export to ProRes and import that file into Adobe Media Encoder and transcode the file there to H.264. (You can probably even use the Apple ProRes 422 LT Preset for a smaller file size)
