Exporting to Media Encoder still an issue

Alright, so I updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro where they supposedly said that this issue where the export screen in premiere Pro wasn't loading was fixed. Turns out that it is still being an issue for me. Can thhere please be a true "fiix" to this issue?

Sorry for the problem. Can you please share your Premiere version just to double-check?
