Exporting video file with green screen editing

Hi, so my project contains green editing; I removed the green background with ultra key to replace my background. After editing was done, everything went smooth until I finished exporting an mp4 video. There were glitches and pixels inside my mouth (which, is the only black part in my scenes). It is actually very noticeable; at times my entire mouth dissapears and gets replaced with pixels of the background colour.  And yes, this does not appear in the preview or in the export. Only in the final mp4 video

What I've tried:

Cleared media cache

Updated my graphics driver

Tried almost every possible setting in export

Tried using a different device.

My current system:

Windows 10, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, Radeon Rx580 graphics. using premire pro 2020

Hmm...this is odd. Every once in a while I have problems with greenscreen keying, too. Workaround idea: you could duplicate your problematic clip to the track above, delete the ultra key, and create a mask over your mouth (not the social distancing kind lol). That way this new clip in the track above for sure has a 'clean mouth' key. If you move your head a lot, or if it is over a long period of time, you can use "Track selected mask forward/backward." Sort of like this:

Or, if you really want to dig in and try in troubleshoot the root of the problem, we can try other things. There's so many variables that can cause problems with greenscreens that it's hard to troubleshoot. Does this still happen when you create a new project and apply the same key with all identical settings?

Update: So your masking method worked once I made it bigger. A mask around the mouth did not make any difference at all, but the maks around the entire face did the trick.

Now I am aware this a workaround, but what exactly was the problem? I still don't understand.

Good question. So just so I understand - the glitch is only seen in the exported .mp4? Do you see the same glitch in your Premiere Pro project at that same moment?
