Exporting video large file size

I want to upload videos to youtube in 1080p. Below you can see the setting that I have been using to export.

Is it normal to have such a large file size output? This specific sequence is only 1 minute long, but a ten-minute video with these settings is around 750 MB.

Is there another high-quality codec I should use instead, or a way I can lower the output file size and retain a good quality video? 

Any help is much appreciated.
