EXPORTING

Hi there, I  have a very elementary grasp of Premiere Pro, please take that in account when advising me. The problem is: I wanted to export a video, but it came out very quickly, in just one second or so with 1,49 MB  instead of the more than 1.000.000 MB than it usually has.. I checked with other videos, but it happens just with this one. What did I do wrong?

Correct answer Averdahl

It could be like this if you have an In/Out point in the timeline and choose to export Source In/Out. Make sure to select Entire Source in the Export window.

I have never heard that the name you give to the file trigger an issue like this.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Here is a tutorial:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

Thank you, Peru Bob, for replying so quickly. I think it started with a
typing mistake of the title of the video in the Export screen, then I went
all very quickly, in a second. I couldn't repair it by using another title,
I've tried many times, nor bij re-saving the content. I think I'll have to
start the project all over, which isn't so much work, luckily.
Best,
