Exports sound but no video

It plays the video in the playback but when I export it shows no video, I have exported another video and it exported fine but it still exported this project with no video. When i say render in and out at the sequence tab it shows the playback as black, I'm not sure if that is linked to the problem. I use the same setting exporting the first and second video but only the first one is having this problem.

There's not enough information here to help solve your problem. Could you please post a screenshot of your Export Settings window when you are having the issue? Is the Video box checked at the very top? Of the two projects where one video exports and the other shows black, is the source media a different format?

I used the same preset for both videos and previously I had no problem.

Have you tried bringing the video back into Premiere to see if it shows anything? What player are you using to play back the videos?

Also, are the videos you're comparing the same source format or from the same camera?


When i import the video back into premier pro it gives this error.

I tried playing it from within google drive but when that didn't work i tried VLC media player.

All the files within both projects are different types, if that's what you mean with source formatting. Mostly stock videos while the first file in the timeline is an .mov file and the rest is mp4 which hasn't given a problem before. They also range in size.
