Exposure Import Issue

Hey everyone,

I have a clip that I imported into premiere. I've attached the picutre and the imported file you can see on the left is the source file.
When I drag it to my timeline the look of it changes as it is being over exposed or has some weird affect on it.
There are no adjustment layers above it and there are no effects on the actual file itself.

Anyone have any ideas?

I've tried rebooting, uninstall and reinstall premiere, cleared premiere cache, turned global effects off.
