Eyedropper for color picker is inaccurate - looking to troubleshoot

When I select a color with the eyedropper tool, the color that it produces is always slightly off. I've tried the eyedropper button in both the Essential Graphics panel and in the Color Picker box itself, both produce the same results. Even the color information is different.

 

Is this a bug or could this be an issue with my settings or computer?

    @Kevin-Monahan you think this is a graphics card issue? or a known bug?

      Thanks for the notes, people! I looked up the issue and there is nothing currently showing a bug along these lines. @Christian.Z, can you repro the error? I hope we can assist you with this soon, @cari-f.
